Check your internet speed. Click the Speed Test on your Dashboard. If your download speed is less than 2Mbps and upload less than 1Mbps then this most likely the reason. If so, try restarting your internet modem.
Close all other windows/tabs and applications using your internet connection. These could be causing a heavy bandwidth load on your internet connection.
Turn off the webcam in the virtual classroom. This will reduce the bandwidth load requirement of the classroom.
Refresh the page and/or restart your computer/device. Sometimes this is the easiest solution.
