Please try the following steps to identify the cause and solve the problem:

Make sure audio is on. Click the "Enable Audio" button then click Microphone option and complete the Audio test. You should then see an icon of a microphone to the right of your name in the User List.

If audio is on, try Again. Disable audio and repeat step 1.

Allow your browser to use your microphone when requested.

Make sure your headset is working well. Unplug it and try using your computer microphone, if it works then this suggests you have a problem with your headset and might need to replace it or fix it.

Refresh the browser page. Sometimes the audio module does not load correctly.

Try another browser. Chrome and Firefox work best with our classroom.

It might be the other participant. Maybe your microphone is working fine but the other participants speakers or headset is not. ​ See attached screenshots to help guide you on turning on your audio.
