At the end of every session both student and tutor will rate one another. This is done by answering five "Yes" or "No" questions. Every Yes will receive 1 star and every no a 0 star. The sum of all your five answers will generate a rating between 0 to 5 stars.
Anytime a rating is 3 stars or below you will be requested to give a brief explanation of what you were unhappy about and our admin will automatically be notified of this.
Please be accurate and fair when giving ratings as they really do matter and help us offer you a better service.
