You will never be charged if your tutor does not show up. If your tutor doesn’t show up on time, please wait at least 10min before leaving and assuming he or she will not show up. Sometimes the other person may be having technical problems or just running a few minutes late. After 10min of waiting you may leave the session which will be deemed as Tutor Missed and your account will be automatically refunded the hour. If you leave the virtual classroom before 10min and your tutor does show up, you will not be refunded the hour so please make sure to always wait at least 10min and watch the clock carefully. You may review the entire <a href="https://www.kalvie.com/Home/NoShow" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">No Show</a> policy.
