You can buy tutoring hours with a tutor while booking with that tutor. If you do not have enough hours to complete the booking you will be prompted to purchase a package of hours to continue your booking. The steps will be as follows:
1. Select Time Slot page - After selecting a time slot you will be informed if you do not have sufficient hours for the booking and prompted to purchase a package.
2. Select a Package page - Here you may select which package(s) you would like to purchase. Payment can be made either using your Kalvie Wallet (if you have an available balance) or by debit/credit card. We will automatically debit your Kalvie Wallet first then request your to pay the balance by debit/credit card.
3. Payment Page - Make payment by debit/credit card by following the instructions as they appear. Once completed you may continue your booking.
