If you are running late your tutor will wait in the virtual classroom for 30min after the official start time of the session. After this time, he/she can leave and you will still be charged for the session as it will be deemed “Student Missed."

If you are running late your student will wait in the virtual classroom for 10min after the official start time of the session. After this time, he/she can leave and you will not receive credit for the session. The session will be deemed "Tutor Missed" and you will receive a 0 rating as well as a negative mark to your attendance rate.
