Tutors are only permitted to contact their existing students or prospective students who made the initial contact. For this reason, you can send a message by one of two ways:
New Chat - if you want to send a first message to a student that has booked a session with you, find the student listed in your My Students page on the dashboard and click the message/envelope icon. This will open a new chat window. If you already have an open chat this will simply direct you to that existing chat.
Existing Chat - You can access an existing chat by clicking the envelope icon in the header of every page once you are logged in. This will take you to the messaging page where you can search for the desired chat.
It is strictly forbidden for tutors to contact students outside kalvie.com using any alternative platforms such as phone, email, social media, and other third party communication services. For more details, please review the Terms of Business here.
