  3. Interview - we will need to have an online interview with us after reviewing your application.

  4. Decision - after reviewing your application and interview we will get back to you with a final decision.

Once all information is submitted it will take about 1-2 weeks to complete the entire process, depending on how high demand is.

Completing Your Application

If you have all information ready on hand, the application should take you between 7-10 min to complete. Here is what you will need:

  1. Identification - copy of passport, driver's license, or national identification card.

  2. Education and / or employment - certificate or diploma of the degree(s) completed and, if applicable, certificate or other proof of employment if included in the employment section.

  3. Profile Picture - We recommend you keep your picture simple, with a neutral background, lots of light, and a big smile!

  4. Availability Schedule - Be ready to create a schedule of when you are available for tutoring sessions. You can create multiple schedules.

  5. Introduction Video - you will need to create a video introducing yourself to your students. See below.

Introduction Video

Tutors that have a video in their profile are twice as likely to get a booking. This is a lot easier than it sounds and very important!

Please see our help centre article How to create and add an amazing introduction video to your profile for help creating and uploading the video to your application.
