Once you are accepted to join Kalvie as a tutor your profile will automatically be created and listed on the Kalvie Find a Tutor page where it will be visible to all students looking for a tutor. Initially, your profile will be populated with information provided in your application but you will be able to make changes as necessary once you are accepted.
We do not actively assign students to tutors. Students are free to choose any tutor they feel suits their needs best when reviewing tutor profiles and ratings. Make sure your profile is clear and meaningful by highlighting your main skills and achievements. Don’t be too wordy.
Students book sessions themselves using the live booking tool. Make sure to always have a live and up to date availability calendar. If you have no availability students will not be able to book sessions with you. Once a session is booked you will receive an automated notification by email.
We also actively advertise Kalvie online and offline in order to attract more students to our site and therefore help you earn more.
