How is my tutor rating calculated?

Your total rating is between 0 to 5 stars and is the average of every rating you received from your students.

After every Completed session your students will be asked to answer the below five Yes/No questions. For every Yes you will receive one star and every No a zero, the total of which will be your score out of five stars.

  1. Are you satisfied with your tutor’s knowledge of the subject? Yes/No

  2. Do you feel you benefitted from this session? Yes/No

  3. Was your tutor attentive? Yes/No

  4. Was your tutor friendly? Yes/No

  5. Did your tutor provide a quiet and pleasant atmosphere? Yes/No

Anytime a rating is 3 stars or below your student will be requested to give a brief explanation of what they were unhappy about with the session and admin will automatically be notified of this.
